We respond to most enquiries within 2 business days. Account-deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
What to include in your email
- Your display name in the app.
- Your numeric ID if visible on your profile.
- The device (iPhone 15 Pro / Galaxy S24 / etc.) and OS version.
- The app version (Settings → Build info).
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
For a purchase issue, also include:
- The Apple receipt ID or Play Order ID of the purchase.
- The time and product of the purchase.
Frequent topics
My purchase didn't credit
Most purchases credit within a few seconds. If yours hasn't after 10 minutes:
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Go to Shop → Restore Purchases (subscriptions only — consumables like coins and diamonds are non-restorable per platform rules; in that case our server's receipt replay path will still re-credit a missing consumable within ~30 minutes).
- If still missing after 30 minutes, email support@majlisgame.com with the details above. We will investigate against the StoreKit / Play Billing receipt and re-credit if appropriate.
I want to delete my account

I want a copy of my data
GDPR Right to Data Portability — email support@majlisgame.com. We respond within 30 days.
I want to report a user
Use the in-app Report button on the user's profile or on the offending message. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and retained for 180 days.
Subscriptions and cancellation
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Yalla Club & Play Games
- Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your VIP benefits until the end of the current period.
I lost access to my account
If you signed in with Apple or Google, sign back in with the same provider. If you used email/password, use the Reset password link on the sign-in screen. If neither path works, email support@majlisgame.com from the address tied to the account.
